I dropped a prescription in yesterday, I was told that the pharmacist was on lunch so I would have to come back. I returned the following day and asked for my prescription. The pharmacist was behind a counter where they prepare the medication and she calls out asking my name, bare in mind the store was extremely busy, I gave her my name and she then asked for my address - again I answered her. The pharmacist then asked my date of birth - all the while there was a crowd waiting for service. I told her my date of birth, she then asked how I spelt my name... not happy!! She finally came with my medication to the front counter and again asked for my address, I pointed out that this was the second time she had asked me this, she denied asking the first time and called me rude. I will never use this facility again, this was a disgraceful service and in world where identity theft is so prevalent, this woman enquired about all aspect of my identity infront of a large crowd of people and then had the audacity to call me rude. Shame in her with her lack of professionalism, duty of care and lack of respect.
