    Extremely rude pharmacist's, couple members of staff abrupt and sarcastic, they tell you to go do some shopping and come back as your prescription isn't ready, even after receiving their text saying you can collect your meds! They portray themselves as hating their job, complain they're on their own or have other jobs to do, or they stand chatting to other staff members. Not fit for purpose this place! I would award this pharmacy minus 5 stars but that's not possible unfortunately. Found a great pharmacy in stalybridge, pharmacists and staff very helpful, friendly and polite. I no longer feel stressed out having to go to Tesco pharmacy when collecting my prescription, what a huge relief!

    This Pharmacy used to be brilliant However it has become unpleasant useless and high turn around staff who are rude condescending and absolutely Unhelpful since the old manager left it has gone so far down hill it's not fit fir purpose always out of medications never getting medications ordered not reordering repeat prescriptions left ne without urgent meds many times now then blame it on me!

    Thank you for your review. Would it be possible if you could actually state which Tesco you are complaining about as this is the page for Yate and from the comments I am sure it is not our branch. If it is please come and see us and we can discuss this with you.

    I went to pick up my medication i am a disabled person i was told my medication was not ready so i said to my carer how the service was no good . I was told i shouted at staff which i did not then was told im banned but my carer could still pick up my medication .i have now been told this will not be possible .

    Each time my gp sends a prescription to this pharmacy they now tell me to have the prescription back and to go elsewhere. I thought initially ok perhaps there was an issue with the first prescription but this has happened again with a different medication. The issue you have is that they don't tell you until you change them.

    Amazing service - went over and above Tesco - Bulls bridge Industrial Estate, Hayes Rd, Hounslow, Southall I had an emergency yesterday (Sunday 13th November) and desperately needed to get insulin for my mum. Tesco was the only pharmacy that had it, there were complications with the 111 prescription that had been put through. "Nahar" was beyond helpful, she went over and above and I feel very lucky that she was on duty yesterday. Thank you so so much ....... wishing you all the best for the future.

    My husband and myself who are senior citizens have now had our appointments for flu vaccine cancelled not once but twice. Why are we booking appointments for this to happen. Extremely annoyed.

    Three items ordered over a week ago only one and a half items recieved. Its supply, although boots have it, its logistic as no drivers to deliver and when it comes into stock who knows . Great customer service.

    I've only written a few reviews before in my life which have always been positive. But I really feel like I should state here how my experience has been at Tescos pharmacy. I was with them for about a year. I have multiple chronic conditions so it is extremely important for me to get the right medication and on time. I always make sure to put my order through in time via the doctor for approval and they always approve on the same day or the next day latest. Then, a few days later, I get a text message from the pharmacy saying that the prescription is ready for pickup. As I myself am often unable to walk, my partner has to go get it for me. Now I am not even exaggerating, but every single time they mess up my prescription. There's always items missing, so as such either my partner has to keep on going back and fort to pick all of the rest of my meds up in bits and pieces or me with my extremely poor health has to keep on calling them up with urgency because it takes them so long to finally sort out my medicine. I've fallen without medication and went into withdrawals because of them multiple times before! For example the day before yesterday I got a message from them again saying my prescription was ready (mind: my GP had already approved it a week before when I was at her practice so she said it should actually be there already!) partner went to pick it up the day after the message: 3 of my meds (the most important ones) were missing. I've had enough and decided to go with him this time. Then there I get told they did not receive those prescriptions so that it was the fault of my GP. Right, next day I call my GP up and she said it was approved days ago and they need to have it. She told me the pharmacist can call her directly for the prescription number if he will not provide me with it. So I call the pharmacist up again then suddenly the prescriptions are there, whilst he's still blaming all of it on my GP. I'm sick of it. It also always takes ages to queue in that pharmacy too and I'm done with this backwards system. I now went to having it home delivered with another company. Truly hope they'll get it together there so future patients don't have to suffer this way! It's hard enough already living with chronic illness, the least they can do is try to provide you in a professional and timely manner.

    Every month I have issues with my perscripton, either late and I have days without tablets… but the best was today…. Text last week to say prescription is ready, so I pop to tesco today to collect it… sorry I can’t give it to you? Umm sorry I have had a text … yes but it is not due until Wednesday… I can’t give you the tablets until Wednesday! but u have sent me a text… I know sorry… so you can not give me my 6 items because it is 48hrs too soon!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Last time I ever use their service. She could give me the repeat part- but not the tablets - what on Earth do the government or Tesco think I would do if I had my tablets 48hrs early!! So I took the repeat part to take to a different chemist and I will return Wednesday! To collect my tablets… I am so angry- purely because it is all so ludicrous!
