I have received a terrible service for both one-off and repeat prescriptions. I never receive texts to say my repeat prescriptions are ready so have to go in and queue up when it gets to over a week, sometimes up to 10 days where they haven't processed it, to then be asked "Have you had a text" and having to answer no, but you've had it for, eg 8 days .... You then have to wait 20 minutes for them to process it. I understand the staff are busy, but you would think they would at least prioritise one off prescriptions. They don't. My GP issued a one off prescription on 3rd May for vertigo medication and 7 days later I still haven't had a text to say it's ready. 7 days where I continue to be dizzy and have no medication to help. So again, I guess I will have to go in and waste nearly an hour of my time queuing, saying no I haven't had a text, and waiting some more to get my medication. The processes and procedures in this pharmacy seriously need reviewing and improving. Shocking service

Forget the queues, the staff who are working in an extremely small area, are always there will a smile and an apology for the wait. Always under pressure but still willing to help and advise. Best pharmacy around, Thank you.
