   Local Tesco pharmacy recently took over local pharmacies as they closed down. I ordered my prescripion items on line thinking i would pick them a few days later. Today I went to my local store to collect my prescription items , there was a que of twenty seven people and growing, after queing for fifty minits i finally get to the serving hatch to be told that it hasnt been processed and they couldnot make it up there and then as they close for lunch for an hour and come back after lunch to start queing again this is unfair on those people that have qued for a considerable amount of time to start over again and maybe there items are not ready again. I hope this will be looked into as a matter of urgency. Thank you
