   Very poor service was given by one particular member of the pharmacy staff. On collecting my meds from the pharmacy counter, I was not able to hear first time what I was asked for due to the noisy environment, the team member raised their voice at me in an abrupt way asking to confirm my address. I was attended to in a very impolite and unmannerly way solely by that particular team member.
