   I have a newborn unfortunately allergic to cows milk protein and soy, we have had various powders and thickeners. I was unclear on some instructions and asked if it could be explained. The lady behind the counter ( helpful and kind) got the pharmacist. Who told me that because this is on the shelf it is easy and self explanatory. I had both my 2 year old and newborn with me and all I needed was some reassurance and advice! This unfortunately was not what I got!
