   The pharmacist was absolutely lovely, she listened to my dilemma and issued an emergency prescription within 20 minutes, this is despite back logs due to a worldwide IT issue this week. The pharmacist was very compassionate and also recommended that I enrol on the NHS pre-payment scheme to save money. This is going the extra mile and I'd like to sincerely thank the pharmacist and her team.
