They always have a long queue with further delay whilst assistant offers the same excuses for both delay and lack of stock to other customers. It always takes 2 or 3 tries to find the prescription and invariably one is then told that an item is out of stock. If you ask for the balance that is available you are sent away for 20 minutes whilst it is made up. You only get a note that an item is outstanding if you insist. You are told to come back in 2 days, but as usual when I made such a return visit today I was told the stock had not come in but I could try again in a few days. Assistant assured me everything is on order everyday, but often does not arrive. Staff are polite but exasperated at the repetitive role delivering excuses instead of medication. Occasionally I've found the missing items on the retail shelves. They have reluctantly dispenced those but today even that shelf was empty. I just wish I could persuade my wife to change to using a different pharmacy for her prescriptions. I never have these problems with the pharmacy I go to.

Two staff members and no sign of a pharmacist - apparently at lunch. Queue of five waiting, time to service 20 minutes and then to be told prescription still required a pharmacist. This despite it having sat there for several days. The constant paper shuffling despite computerisation is a marvel in itself!

My sons medication has been ordered in 3 times and every time I go to collect they have given it away to someone else. We have 8 out of 60 tablets and a week later we still are being told it’s been ordered in for tomorrow. Appalling service.

7.10 am and the pharmacist arrives, no apologies, He remembers my name from before when saying good morning! I replied to him good morning and continued to say that ever time I come to Tesco Pharmacy for opening time to get my prescription it has always been him and he's always late! He just smiles! I would not want to pay a Pharmacist Between 40 / 50 K a year disrespect my business.

7.10 am and the pharmacist arrives, no apologies, he'll just do everything other than serve me, switching everything on and generally making himself look busy.
