Review titled Great service
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Elaine Dempsey - Posted on 21 November 2024
I asked at the pharmacy lat Thursday whilst getting a bit of shopping the cost of a flu vaccine and if I would need to book. The pharmacist on duty was extremely helpful and efficient and offered to administer my flu vaccine there and then after completing the relevant documenting. Thank you, it saved me having to book and appointment and return

Review titled Terrible experience - every time
by Anonymous - Posted on 21 August 2024
Although my medication was sent yesterday via my Doctor, I gave them a day to get this ready and when I was in today it hadn't been done and I was told it wouldn't be done until later today. The staff are always evasive, heads down with no customer service skills at all. The Pharmacist on previous occasions has refused to talk to me directly and sent a messenger to relay basic information. It's like they are far too elite to talk to customers. Staff have their heads down ignoring the building queues pretending to be too busy for the people behind them! Very poor. I will be changing my dedicated pharmacy to travel further away. I see a lot of negative Tesco reviews from all over the country. Will anything get said to improve this? I wont hold my breath.

Review titled Poor customer service
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Charlotte walker - Posted on 20 May 2024
I rang today as I wanted to check if repeat prescription was ready for collection. Historically I have not had to ring and its always been available to me just to pick up. The first lady I spoke to was very rude and told me I would have to wait until Wednesday. I called back to ask if this could be fast tracked, as I am completely out of one of my medications, and without this I will become symptomatic. I am currently immobile due to a ruptured ACL and I am awaiting knee surgery and I also have multiple sclerosis. I was told that I would have to come to the pharmacy to collect my prescription and try to get it from elsewhere. I explained that this was not possible in which she replied "sorry you will just have to wait" As a sister in the NHS it concerns me that you staff are not putting the patients needs first. I understand more than most the pressures the the NHS is facing, however it is important that we remain professional and always put our patients needs first.
