Total chaos. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and who was meant to be doing what. Waited ages, only to find when I had left, the label on the medication was for someone else with the same surname but different first name and address. Amazingly the right tablets. What I don’t get is that before handing the tablets to me the lady on reception asked me to confirm the first line of my address which she must have seen did not correspond to the label. Poor procedure and very worrying such a basic, dangerous and even lethal mistake like that could be made. What if it had been someone else’s and it was the wrong meds!! I thought it was illegal to consume medication with incorrect labelling.

I contacted this pharmacy last week to check if they had stock of medication I needed that I have been waiting quite some time for with my regular prescription delivery service. I was told they had a different dosage and to speak to my doctor about changing my dose. So days later I contacted them again on the day my doctor was due to call me back to discuss this I thought I’d call to check they still had the item in stock but when I called I was luckily told the item I needed was in stock and to change my prescription barcode so I could collect there i done this immediately and eagerly left to go collect but as I arrived I was told I could not have any as I was not a regular patient and do not have repeats with them. He told me to call my online pharmacy because they must have them in stock if he gives me some of his stock his regular patients will miss out. I was totally flabbergasted I have been waiting for medication since mid December and here is a man telling me he has some in stock but I can not have any after telling me to come in with my prescription, I have gone to this pharmacy for many years collecting my mothers prescriptions for many years and even collected this medication for myself in the past and this being my local pharmacy I was totally shocked. I have since contacted my chemist who said that this is not right and he has no right to withhold medication from me with a valid prescription I am very disappointed in the service I received and would rather go without then nominate them to get my repeats in future.

Stock and front staff are very sweet and helpful with a smile on their faces and friendly through the mess. The manager seems to taunt the staff a lot infront of everyone calling them awful things. Manager with staff can be seen to argue at the back of the pharmacy unprofessional pharmacist and staff could be seen to be left crying at the back. Not a good pharmacy if manager cannot communicate well. very unfortunate as a lot of families can be seen to come in.

I have been in this pharmacy for nearly 8 years. Everyone knows very well I have intrinsic love for everyone and my intrinsic love for everyone kept me going nearly for 8 years working long hours. I am highly professional, polite, positive and a responsible person. My pharmacy is the safest and the best service provider in the area.

Avoid this chemist at all cost, they are capitalising on the shortage of over the counter medication! Tried to obtain over the counter medication for my daughters conjunctivitis, normally £7.50 but due to there being a shortage, this chemist tried to charge me £17.00 for a 5ml bottle. Absolutely disgraceful!

We have never sold Chloramphenical eye drops for £17:00. We currently buy for £9:50 and sell them £12. In reality we do no earn any money on this product. There is severe shortage, we spent lots of time sourcing this product to help public. 50% of our products are lower than other suppliers.
