I have used the Brent Pharmacy for many years.Recently,there has been problems with getting my prescriptions delivered. I'm an older lady with severe health problems,which is why I get my prescriptions delivered.I had to phone the pharmacy to ask where was my prescription & lady on phone informs me they didn't have a delivery driver.What about '' Duty of Care '' to thier patients? Usually,a wonderful team at this pharmacy,but has gone ' downhill' in recent months. Thankyou

I went with my son yesterday as it was impossible to book gp appointment, He have tonsillitis, I must say the pharmacy team was excellent. Thank you for support and amazing customer service.

Nothing is ever too much trouble. Staff go out of their way to help you. Problems resolved without any fuss. Friendly service easy to keep in touch to check progress of items. Great communication. Can’t thank you all enough for your genuine care.

I use Brent pharmacy on a regular basis. Everyone is always very polite and courteous. The pharmacist is great and always ready to give advice if needed. It's a good pharmacy which I would recommend to anyone.

Brent Pharmacy and consultation provides an excellent service. The staff are very friendly , welcoming and they give customers a highly satisfactory service.
