    Was picking prescription after doctors appointment & asked for something for itchy arms! The lovely lady was extremely helpful and pleasant in helping me, I love this pharmacy, real human beings ❤️

    I picked up my repeat prescription the other day and as always it was ready and delivered by a professional. The level of care in the Charing Pharmacy is consistently first class.

    When I went to pharmacy my medications were ready when they say staff were very helpful and polite queue not too long plenty of room in waiting arear

    I went to collect my repeat prescriptions as we're coming up to a bank holiday. They weren't ready and the lady insisted that I will have enough meds until Tuesday morning. (It was Thursday and I have 4 pills left.) She then looked at the computer and insisted that I have enough meds to last until Tuesday. (The computer incorrectly indicated when I had last collected my meds.) I have tried to get my prescriptions moved to another pharmacy as the queues are at times 15 people long. But I was told I will need to pay for them to post the prescriptions to another pharmacy! (Do we not have electronic prescriptions?!) Do not recommend. This only one of many issues I have had. (One being giving me vials of insulin with no way to inject it! And not telling me!)

    They're amazing here and I can count the number of times they've all helped me and my family. Often busy, I've heard grumbles in the queue from the less charitable. Aware of how much they have to do and how thankless a task it seems, they do a stunning job. Communication is top drawer and any issues are dealt with promptly. No matter how busy, I've always been dealt with professionally and with compassion, never felt rushed or that my enquiry was a waste of time. Thank you all.

    Tried to asked where a vital medicine for my grandson was ,and was told it was not there .Was told it would be put in and then hopefully ready tuesday .When i commented my concern that my grandson needs this medicine to avoid hospitalisation ,i was told they couldn’t guarantee it and when i asked what am i meant to do in the meantime the girl shrugged her shoulders .I appreciate it is not pharmacy fault when medicine lands but it is put on repeat every month .Lack of compassion from a girl .To top it off today was told the medicine was there after all ,no communication .Generally upset when i fill the care feee attitude to a vital medicine

    My meds were due to run out on Friday. I ordered them on line Thursday evening. No text received on Friday, contacted the pharmacy at lunchtime, told meds were packaged but no time to put in the "Cash till" but they could expedite that afternoon. Collected the Friday evening. Super service.

    As a cancer patient I have never been able to get my treatment at the time of my scheduled appointment the staff in the day chemotherapy unit are fantastic, but my treatment has always been delayed because the pharmacy have never delivered my treatment on time -- apart from once in 12 months!! On August 5th its now 2 hours past my appointment, and Im still waiting. It's not as if they don't get the request in advance, so I don't know if they have resource issues, but they haven't seemed to get a grip on whatever issues they are faced with. I'm not the only patient who suffers from their ineptitude either. Imperial Health needs to end the contract with them or put some financial penalty on them for their dire performance.

    I’ve just been standing outside for 15 mins and the queue did not move! I’m trying to collect my repeat prescription with no joy! Perhaps you can deliver them instead? Or get more staff in a Saturday?

    I have a monthly repeating prescription which I used to order through the NHS app but in recent times I've gone to order and its been rejected as the pharmacy had already prepared it. This would be fine but they always leave it til the last minute meaning I nearly always run out before they'll let me have the medication. Then they have the audacity to say that I'm not taking it properly. The young man in there is beyond rude and has no "bedside manner" at all! Today I received a phone call as I had ordered online as once again no text had been received to say it was ready, saying oh I don't really know what's happened but we'll try and get it done for you. I asked if it could be put in the self collection machine to be told no.. a few hours later I received a text with a code to collect from the machine! I honestly think they have absolutely no clue what they are doing. They all need retraining in my opinion, especially in how to speak to patients.
