I do not recommend anyone use this pharmacy. I had no choice but to use them because they are the only local pharmacy that make doset boxes every 4 weeks. I run out of medication because they do not get them done in time and today being the last time I'm using them. They've had my prescription for 4 weeks and it was due to be delivered on the 30th of December. I had to have emergency prescriptions last weekend because they left me without. Then I was told they have spare prescriptions on the system. I collected one week's worth of medication they assured me that 4 weeks worth of dossip boxes were doing this week but they couldn't guarantee it would be Monday. Today is now Thursday. I've just spoken to them and they are saying that they cannot issue the dosset boxes as there is medication missing and without new prescriptions they will not give me what they already have. This is my mental health medication and pain medication. There are missing vitamin prescriptions so they intend to withhold 4 weeks worth of medication. I do not recommend this pharmacy. The staff are rude, aggressive and completely uncaring. People who have dosset boxes done are people who cannot cope with the share quantities of medication and are vulnerable in society to then have to deal with a service like this is an absolute disgrace avoid at all costs.
