   Every month I have a problem with my repeat prescription. The pharmacy always blame the Drs surgery but when checked this is not so. With the pressure to use Pharmacies, whenever possible before visiting Doctors, we need an effecient service. There is no private space here so patients have to tell personal information to a room of waiting customers. I have on 3 occassions had wrong medication. I often had 3 visits to get a repeat prescription I have moved to Addlestone Pharmacy which is excellent. When I have made positive suggestions to the owner, he always says he wants to close or sell the business as it makes no money.
