My son who has type 1 diabetes had forgotten his blood glucose replacement patch and the pharmacist arranged for a replacement within an hour so our holiday was not ruined.

I queued to buy over the counter supplies for my holidays. I was not going to be near a pharmacy and wanted to take supplies in case I got a stomach bug or headache. They refused to sell me the medication as I wasn't poorly yet!!

I was first patient referred by 111 to our local pharmacy, gentleman who we helped me very kind very caring and I left with antibiotic who helped me tonsillitis… this was sat. they are open till late afternoon sat i think 5pm, to be fair we know this pharmacy and kind people for over 7 years… since our son was born, always thoughtful advice always helpful. kanset pharmacy highly recommended

Up until the end of December 2023 I received my subscribed medicines by free delivery from my local branch (South Darenth - my "nominated pharmacy" - a few streets away) - I have gout and heart failure among other health issues, which make it harder for me to make the trips myself, that's why I have been happy about this service. But now they started quoting me delivery charges (£3.50 each time). It is not the amount but the sneaky way it is being imposed - I am a patient who has been using the free delivery service they offered me originally, and without warning now they are ringing me asking for a delivery fee each time. Is this the approved way or is someone local at this pharmacy charging me on their own initiative?

This truly is a great pharmacy, nothing is too much of an ask and they are really friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience, always willing to offer the best advice and puts the customer first, I've recently been struggling to get out and they always arrange a delivery when it's convenient for me. Can't say enough good things
