Never been here before and I was so impressed with the service I received. The store was so busy and yet the woman at the counter was efficient, friendly and cheerful. Thank you.

Went to pick up medication for my husband . The owner took time to explain what each med does. Gave me a Web site to explain my husbands condition. Such service is rare nowadays & am sure anyone who uses Pill Box could not fault such kindness.

I’ve just picked up some tablets which I had to sit and wait for . While waiting a young woman came in who had been beaten up and was in a bad way. The young gentleman who works there (as does his lovely mum) took her in a side room for her to get her drugs. When she was coming out I heard him telling her that she needs support and to get some help. They way he spoke to her was so kind and really showed that no matter who you are you’re welcome and they just want to help. There was also another lady who looked very troubled. Everyone in there knew her name and they all said hello to her and treated her with the same respect and welcome as everyone else and rightly so. Pillbox you are light in the darkness to so many people. Thank you. X

While waiting to collect a routine prescription, I overheard the lead pharmacist helping a woman who was caring for another in very difficult circumstances. The level of understanding, care and compassion he showed her and the extra mile he offered should she need help out of hours was so touching, it reminded me of family GP services of old. I have had positive experiences with his diagnostic care previously and can’t recommend this pharmacy enough. Wonderful compassionate service.

The chief pharmacist is the most helpful, efficient, kind and knowledgeable pharmacist I have ever met. The Pillbox wasn't even my "nominated" pharmacy at the time, it was a big chain superstore (who didn't have the medication despite having the prescription for 3 days, and who gave me lots of conflicting information about when my tablets would be in and were generally unhelpful), but the Pillbox is my pharmacy now. I tried 3 other pharmacies but none had the medication I needed. At 6pm last night the pharmacist was phoning his suppliers urgently trying to get my medication. My medication came in at 9am this morning and it had been set aside as soon as the delivery came in. When I came in to collect it, the pharmacist showed me a useful website to consult about medication as well. He had also phoned my surgery to inform them that he was uncomfortable giving the dosage they had prescribed. Thank you so much.

Repeat prescription sent from GP 2weeks ago. Went to collect it and it had not been made up. Thought 2 weeks would be plenty of time.
