   I had bad experience with staff in pharmacy. The doctor prescribed a medication, unfortunately member of staff explained that there is no guarantee I can have it as they manage 1000 prescriptions a day and I am not the only patient. As the results as a mental health patient I had to miss my tablets. I had to explain my issue in front of many people in the pharmacy and felt even worse. If I would need for example an inhaler for a child after doctor consultation is member of of staff aloud to say there is no guarantee I will get it at the same day?
