Following my return from being taken to hospital via emergency ambulance I was given medication to return home with that I needed urgently, however I wasn't given the correct amount of tablets required so was advised to contact my gp for a prescription for the short fall of tablets of which i did do and was issued a prescription which was sent to this pharmacy for collection however apon trying to collect it i found the pharmacy was closed without any explanation or notes on the door for why this is the case and even their website is saying it is open and will be until 11pm. This is not correct information and subsequently i now have no medication of which i require urgently.

This pharmacy does an amazing job, considering the difficulty they have in obtaining pharmacists. The staff are so helpful and friendly, even though they have reduced their opening hours, I always manage to be able to collect my prescription. If you order early enough, their shouldn’t ever be an issue in getting your medication before you run out.
