Can’t thank the pharmacist enough, she managed to track down some vital medication that I was unable to get from my normal pharmacy and phoned me to let me know. Very helpful and friendly. Top class service from a great group of staff in the shop as well, thank you all.

I visited the Street pharmacy today as the usual pharmacy I collect a prescription from could not download it as they had technical issue. Unfortunately they weren’t that helpful. But what a difference when I visited Touts pharmacy in Street. A wonderful service received from the staff. Kind courteous and so helpful. They turned a stressful encounter into a good one thankfully

I have only been using this pharmacy for a short time having just moved into the area. Have specific medication needs, I was concerned about moving to a new pharmacy but have found the staff at Touts to be quick, efficient and understanding. The service I have received so far has been exemplary.

I took my 2 year old to see the pharmacist at Tout’s Pharmacy and she was wonderful. He had been up most of the night with ear pain. She explained every step she took, took time to get to know my son and help him to relax and even showed him what she would be doing to reassure him. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. She prescribed him anti biotics and again, was thorough in her approach to making sure I knew what I needed to do next. Thank you so much, a wonderful professional. I would highly recommend this pharmacist.

The pharmacist went above and beyond to secure a hard to source medication that I needed and liaised with my surgery which proved invaluable
