Long queues, while staff behind the counter saunter about as though they are on a 'go slow'. Last visit I waited 25 minutes to be served then another 10 for them to find just part of my prescription. They get your prescriptions wrong, tell you that they haven't received it, when you have had a text from them saying they have. Prescriptions dispensed into multiple bags so they end up giving you part of it saying that's everything and when you get home you realise not everything is there. I have had to go back for missing items 4 times now. Although staff, in the main, are polite and helpful, there are some that are a bit rude. Also, I gave permission for this practice to dispense my medication electronically, but the prescriptions are being forwarded to somewhere off site, being made up there and sent back to the pharmacy for patients to pick up. I didn't agree for my prescription to be sent away from the pharmacy - is this within the Data Protection laws???
