This pharmacy has improved 100% since the new owners took over, today I had an issue with medication given to my autistic child, the help I received was fantastic my problem was resolved within minutes and advice was given if I were to need any further help. Really appreciated all help given, I no longer dread going to the pharmacy.

I have moved pharmacies so many times due to the closure of so many near me. Each had good points and bad. None were actually their fault just staffing and stock levels. My gp mentioned to me that we had a new independent pharmacy next door to the surgery. To cut a long story short, this pharmacy has proven to be fantastic in so many ways. The team go over and above to ensure that all the medicines ordered are in my bag when I collect. They will usually ring to say they are ready which is in record time too! If anything is missing they will speak to the practice for me and get it all sorted out. They are professional, approachable, friendly and even the shop has a calming atmosphere. I one way I want to recommend them to everyone but I want to keep it as it is at the moment. I'm sure they would continue with their fantastic service either way. I used to have to order my medications 7 days before I needed them to give the old pharmacy time to get medication from different suppliers in different bags and usually lots missing, which meant waiting again. I have found that if I put my prescription in with my gp on a Monday it will be ready by Wednesday and all there. I cannot recommend them enough. It reminded me of old fashioned great shop service! Well done Upton Pharmacy....

What a pleasure to be attended by such a nice group of people, the pharmacy is so well organised and I was even greeted by my first name!! Items ordered are ready very quickly and there is no wait looking for them. Congratulations on a first class service.

Both the staff in the pharmacy and receptionists in the practice are friendly, helpful and make the overall experience of collecting medication and sorting prescriptions easier to do.
