   Rang midday to confirm Covid/Winter flu jab availability same day, told to be there at certain time 4 hours later. Arrived on time to be told Pharmacist not due on site for at least an hour later than the scheduled time. So at least an hour wait. Explained this was an agreed time appointment I had travelled 30mins for. Staff unfazed/confused as to why this might be shocking customer service, entirely unapologetic as if this was standard procedure. Will find another company for my now outstanding Covid/Winter Flu jab.
