I just went in to collect a large repeat prescription and once again it was a swift and efficient process from the phone Q R code scan to the checking and handing over of six items. I’m a regular customer, and since the improvements to the prescription service it’s been an absolute joy to come in. The lengthy waits are a thing of the past, the system works quickly and efficiently, and the staff are cheerful and helpful.

Visited this pharmacy today and was one of two customers not one of the five or six members of staff came near the till to serve or explain why they weren’t serving or explain there my be a Delay because they were more interested in looking at someones tattoos rather than actually doing what they are payed for ie doing their jobs instead of looking confused as to why someone was actually waiting to be served at the counter,I actually went to thame to purchase my products and I am convinced this was still quicker than waiting for someone in this pharmacy to even acknowledge my existence

Thank you for your feedback and I apologise for the experience you had today. We have worked very hard to keep the queues to a minimum and keep waiting times as short as possible. We do have a number of staff at the back because we dispense a large volume of prescriptions, their focus is to dispense so that patients get vital medications. The concentration levels required to do this are intense to ensure patients are getting the right medication therefore sometimes they will stop to have a short break. I believe in keeping a light environment in store where staff are allowed to speak. However what you have said goes completely against our policy ,where we put the patient first, we will take your feedback on board and hope to do better next time. Attended the pharmacy for travel vaccinations which were sorted very quickly even when one was not in stock. All the staff are very helpful.

Wow new owners have turned this place around. So much more efficient with their new system & there new system is really good I get a text when my medication is ready and it's turned around really quickly.

Booked a covid booster twice with this pharmacy and on the first occasion the waiting stretched way back into the car park. After best part of an hour moved very little towards the front and like several others gave up and went home. Recently booked another and a couple of days before was cancelled. Seems the place is badly organised and I for one will not be trying again.

after months of issues at a previous chemist, I moved my daughter details across to Vicary Pharmacy and the service has been great - no mistakes and fast turnaround!

Great pharmacy have been using it for many years. They have certainly got a lot busier since covid mainly because they provide such a good service unlike many of the other pharmacies surrounding the area. Always my first port of call for any problems, find all the staff to be helpful.
