Customer service needs improving, called prior to collecting my prescription only to be told that it wasn’t ready. Upon arriving to the chemist the person servicing questioned why so many people were collecting their prescription in rude and unprofessional manner. The reviews on google from others are a concern and the owner needs to look into this and look at ways of improving the customer service and making sure they are able to meet the demand and have space to hold medication for patients without compromising care.

Went for a Covid booster earlier today. The chemist did not return my greeting, or identify himself, or wear a name tag. The process was too curt and rather discourteous, with no pre or post service advice provided, and no plaster sticker or antiseptic wipe used before or afterwards. It is conceivable that the staff had experienced a bad day, so to speak, but I would not recommend their services based on my experience. Best wishes.
