My purchased medication was delivered to the wrong address. I didn't receive it. The delivery company requirment was to inform the sender ( vision pharmacy) to deal with it, which i did. Unfortunely, despite contacting vision pharmacy twice they totally ignored my email, they replied to my first email and then ignored me totally. Now I have to purchase the medication from another pharmacy

1.9 on TrustPilot. Wish I'd read the reviews! Contacted twice via email & website form. No response. Bad reviews everywhere. [Order #19576] (January 13, 2024) Softpore Dressings To: visionpharmacy Date: 5 February 2024, 15:23 Dear Sirs I opened one of the boxes from the order (details below) on Saturday evening and it was immediately obvious that it was not a full box. I decided to count them and was shocked to find out that there were, not just 2 or 3 missing, I wouldn't have noticed that - but 20 missing - yes 20! I immediately opened the second box and it was obvious that was full but I counted them anyway. This is my second order from you. I didn't feel the need to count those. I didn't want to order something medical from the likes of Amazon. Best before dates can be old etc and they may not be genuine. Thinking that an actual pharmacy could be trusted! I've attached a copy of the label and box in order that you can investigate this. I'm obviously far from impressed!

All our branches pride ourselves in providing a tailor-made service to all our patients, in this instance we have made an error and failed you. Today our team have attempted contact yourself with the number provided and we have tried to reach out to you via email, to no avail. I have personally dispatched another box out to you and we hope you are happy with this. In order to ensure this does not happen again, we have implemented further staff training and have streamlined our practices to ensure we give all our patients and customers the best service we can.
