As an overseas visitor, was given directions from Waitrose express shop. Followed instructions, saw Post Office sign, walked, found shop had moved. Had to ask shopman next door where exactly was it. Found the chemist!!! Only entrance is another door, found carton needed, walked to post office part like you do. Only to be told, pay at chemist. For a box to post? I did, only to find out had to assemble it first, no room to do this, so walked out. Number 1: remove sign at old address, re-position at new address. 2. A happy friendly disposition is vital for customers, a helping attitude is warranted. 3. Avoid this mournful shop at all costs if you need help. 4. Capital letters mean something is wrong, and as a human being and not an AI, should be acceptable, as honest criticism, or urgent work to be done.
