   1) seems not to answer 'phone - rings on several occasions for > 5 mins. I rang 3 times today. 2) will not/can not (?) fulfill persciptions if the (only?) pharmacist is at lunch or not present. Users can not wait ~1 hr for a perscription! I drove 20 mins to collect a prescription and left empty handed.
