The Quality of service is second to non and any queries you have will be sorted out there and then. When the pharmacy was in Moreton Avenue the service was as very good now it's brilliant

Went to walkers for UTI Was seen promptly by pharmacist. Felt very comfortable. He very was thorough, and professional. I left with the correct treatment and good advise.

Can’t thank and praise this pharmacy enough. They took time out to help me with issues I’d had with my blood pressure and assisted with a 24hr monitor. I couldn’t get to see my GP but the team went above and beyond to help. The advice and care has been amazing with other issues I’d discussed. Great community pharmacy!

Repeat prescription wrong every time I pick up. I have highlighted the error every time and they still continue to do it. Given less tablets than stated on the prescription and as far as I can see it’s because they don’t want to open another box for the 4 extra tablets. Prescription states 60 tablets and they come in boxes of 28. The boxes even have the printed label one as 32 and one as 28 but the boxes are still sealed and clearly haven’t had the extra tablets put in. So in effect, a lie is stated on the label. I have to wait for this to be sorted every time I go to pick up. The doctor has put the amount on the prescription and I state it again when calling to reorder the repeat. Why is this constantly ignored.

We have used walkers for a few years now for three different patients and lots of regular medications The staff are always very helpful and will look to resolve Any issues Highly recommended

At Walkers pharmacy, the pharmacist who is very professional asked to speak to me to check my blood pressure. As I previously had hypertension but was no longer on medication. If he had not of done this, I could have become very Ill and caused damage as my BP was critically high, needing hospital care. I am very grateful for this check, otherwise who knows what could have happened!

After calling 111 for an emergency prescription on the evening of 30/12/22 they were able to send the details to my nearest pharmacy (Walkers). I called this morning (NYE) and everything was handled by the pharmacist in a helpful and impeccable manner. I was able to pick up the prescription easily and this has helped me greatly on the eve of another bank holiday. Special thanks to the lovely lady who assisted me today.
