Awful customer service, dismissive staff offering services that they can't really offer. I'm surprised they are still open. Shambles.

I asked for my mothers prescription after waiting 5 mins the lady asked what house number she then disappeared again 10 mins later I asked the girl at the counter where she had gone only to be told the pharmacist was just doing it (they had had the prescription 4 days 10 mins later she appeared only to stop & chat to someone in the consultation room (they were being seen by another member of staff) after asking in a very loud voice is that my prescription she apologised to the other customer & said excuse me while I finish serving this lady. How rude not only had they kept me waiting 25mins plus but she thought it was ok to stop & have a catch up with someone. And then surprise surprise yet again they didn’t fulfill the prescription so I have got to go back & waste another god knows how long to get remainder of prescription. We will not ever use this pharmacy again. They used to be very efficient & pleasant but not anymore

Clearly the staff fancied an early Friday night. I was directed here by urgent care to collect a prescription on the basis they are open until 11pm as advertised on the nhs website and their own website plus Google etc. 9.45pm they were closed, no one answering the phone. Jokers
