Went in for my blood test today afternoon. The technician was very friendly and very efficient. Didn't even feel when the needle was injected. Very happy with the experience.

The phlebotomist was very efficient surgery was clean and tidy. The appointment was bang on time All went well without discomfort

Went to walsgrave pharmacy coventry for tge first time yesterday, amazing staff. The lady who did my blood was very nice and excellent at taking blood, lovely to chat to her.

Could not find a pharmacy near me that did blood tests until this one. Phone was answered immediately, answered my query straight away. Was told they are fully booked but to pop in and they will try to get me in. Waited 5mins in the pharmacy and was done painlessly, professionally and quickly. Staff were polite, friendly and efficient. This is how all customer service should be. Great work!

I came to the pharmacy to get my blood taken for a blood test; I was able to book in for the same day and the lady who took my blood was very efficient and I had to wait no time at all. She was very friendly and kept me distracted during the process and I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone

Always try to get my blood test done here, they are always so helpful and obliging. My wife also uses Walsgrave Pharmacy. They also have a good range of products on the shelves, and friendly staff.

Haveing been away had forgotten to book a blood test. Poped in to check when the next available appointment was and was allowed to be tested without an apointment. I was assured they would never turn me away if the nurse was on site.
