We have lived in this area for 25 years. Warwick Pharmacy and its staff are just fantastic. We always recommend both the Group Practice and Warwick Pharmacy to those moving to this area. The professionalism, kindness and attention to detail shown by this family and staff mark them as a shining example of how the world and work of chemists are such an intrinsic and valuable conduit to the medical National Health system and the customer service is always second to none. Also, something we noticed during the start of covid when stocks of paracetamol were being carefully administered initially, when the crazy stocking of certain items was initially affected - we were shocked how other chemist outlets were hiking costs - Warwick Pharmacy merely fairly sold limited and fair amounts every day but at the lowest of prices. We knew in that one day they were being incredibly fair in such a chaotic start to that pandemic time. In comparison to others we visited. Who were blatantly inflating those paracetamol costs in a time of need. I know its a small example, but it means that we knew then that Warwick Pharmacy will always look after us and our family and in turn the community with this example. And this, along with its continuous fantastic service, is why we hugely and highly recommend this Pharmacy. I realise it’s easier to criticise and of course our system is under pressure sometimes. But in my opinion, the chemist industry, in support of our fantastic NHS, need our support. I was sad to see some negative reviews. From my family’s perspective, on behalf of us all, I want to thank this little, local, family chemist for its work and contribution to us and our little community here. They always go above and beyond, and I’m Incredibly proud to hugely and highly recommend them.

Visited 28 Dec feeling poorly wished to speak with a pharmacist,! I was directed to the on site GP who assessed my condition and prescribed appropriate medication .I left the pharmacy. Reassured and feeling less anxious

Visited the pharmacy very close to closing time for a pain in the ear. The Doctor examined the ear and was very methodical without any sense of rushing the process despite the fact they were technically closed. Always found them to be accommodating and helpful when dealing with my parents prescriptions too.

Huge thank you To Warwick Pharmacy for their help today with a problem with my prescription. I feel lucky to have been looked after by them for over 20 years and like today they are always extremely professional, very helpful and very kind.
