Very disappointed with collection service. Over the last few months the prescriptions are never made up for collection. It is always at least a 10-20 minute wait while they are checked. It never used to be like this before. Why can’t they be ready and made up? Staff are lovely but it’s so frustrating. I have to allow 25 minutes each time I go to this branch.

I have found it very straightforward having my booster jab here. I much preferred here than at my GPs practice. I was seen quickly and the staff were lovely.

The young lady today who gave me a covid and flu jab was highly professional and made me feel at ease and was far easier to go there than booking a doctor’s appointment More convenient

Visited the chemist for my Covid and flu jab. Seen really quickly and the service was friendly and reassuring. Would definitely go there again

I had booked for a coving vaccination and was offered the flu vaccination while I was there to save me time. The ladies were very helpful and explained everything they were doing to alleviate any stress. The lady carrying out the injections was very gentle and came and sat with me afterwards. A very pleasant experience all in all.

Friendly staff, helpful and welcoming. Easy to park and straight in to be seen. Ideal solution to avoid busy doctor’s surgery for routine care.

Very easy to access the chemist building the communication via NHS has been clear and informative the chemist staff were well organised, good customer service polite and friendly
