Nightmare i was left without my anti phsycotics for 3 days which caused me undue stress on a further visit my prescription couldn't be filled due to the store closing and there being loads left to do before mine so after waiting 45mins i was told to go to another chemist to get it filled.

I used the app to order a repeat prescription on the 9th August. I phoned the pharmacy on the 17th of August to chase my prescription, to be told it was ready on the 12th August. This pharmacy no longer opens on a Saturday and due to me working outside their opening times, my medication will run out 2 days prior to me being able to obtain my prescription. They didn’t inform me via app or by phone to say it was ready. Their explanation today, 18th August. They’re understaffed and very busy. If they’d notified me Friday 12th August I could have collected my prescription!
