On19th April 2023 a repeat prescription was supplied to Owlthorpe for eye drop medication My prescriptions due to age qualify for free home delivery, nearly three weeks later on the 12may2023 I reordered again I then saw on my order I had to collect my prescription from Doncaster I then rang the Thorpe practise who gave me the Doncaster Weldricks telephone number which I rang They said they would make it a priority and get the prescription to me week commencing the 15th May 2023 Nothing had happened with this prescription so I rang my surgery again,they said they could not do anything Ring the Pharmacy at Owlthorpe which I did They informed me they did not now deliver prescriptions and the eye drops were out of stock I was now told I had to get another eye drop prescription from the doctor What an earth is going on I am 85 years old can hardly walk and have to put up with this when I urgently need this medication

We have been using this Pharmacy since it opened we have never had any reason to complain about anything. The staff are always very helpful in the shop, I have my prescription delivered at the same time every week so we can only give them 5 stars, Thank you very much.
