   Called up to ask if my parents prescriptions are ready to be collected, got told by an Asian man that „ he’s too busy, he doesn’t have the time to be checking those kind of things” once I’ve asked why is he being rude, got told that I’m being rude and then hanged up the phone on me. I live away from my parents and I have the rights to call up and ask if prescriptions are ready to be collected due to me working full time and hardly have any free time. Lack of customer service.
