    Forced into using app to order app updated and now doesn’t work ! Not helpful in shop very rarely have full allocation and have to return

    Good afternoon Anonymous Thank you for contacting us regarding your recent visit and the challenges you have had with your medication. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We aim to give the highest level of service to our customers and are disappointed that this has not occurred on this occasion. Be assured an investigation will be held within branch to determine why the level of service was not our usual high standards and will look to a resolution to avoid this occurring in the future.
