   husband used app to order his meds on the 4th...I received an email on the 5th to say prescription was ready, but knowing the 7 day rule, I went today 11th... to be told by rude staff that he hadn't even put an order in...when I was firstly told it would take half an hour to dispense... so not knowing what their left and right hands are doing, I asked for complaints procedure to be given an email for the app.....the app was not rude or condescending, the human multi cultural staff were. whilst waiting for the complaints procedure the pharmacist came across and gave me my husband's meds, so if not ordered, and no record, where the hell had a prescription materialised from....
