   I called in to the Haworth branch for my daughter's anti biotics. The prescription was sent from the GP over 24 hours ago. I was told the tablets weren't ready. When I questioned this the woman tapped on a leaflet on the counter advertising the new 7 day collection policy. This does not apply to anti biotics and when I said that she literally huffed in my face and went behind the counter. I could hear her and another member of staff taking about me. The other member of staff then came to the counter and shouted if I wanted all the items on the prescription or just the antibiotics. To which I replied the antibiotics. I do not appreciate being spoken to in that manner, no do I appreciate overhearing staff talking about me!! I will be phoning customer services on Monday and giving the names of the staff members involved. Disgusting customer service. Neither me or the test of my family will use this pharmacy again
