I called in to the Haworth branch for my daughter's anti biotics. The prescription was sent from the GP over 24 hours ago. I was told the tablets weren't ready. When I questioned this the woman tapped on a leaflet on the counter advertising the new 7 day collection policy. This does not apply to anti biotics and when I said that she literally huffed in my face and went behind the counter. I could hear her and another member of staff taking about me. The other member of staff then came to the counter and shouted if I wanted all the items on the prescription or just the antibiotics. To which I replied the antibiotics. I do not appreciate being spoken to in that manner, no do I appreciate overhearing staff talking about me!! I will be phoning customer services on Monday and giving the names of the staff members involved. Disgusting customer service. Neither me or the test of my family will use this pharmacy again

All the staff that I have dealt with at this chemist are very friendly and ready to help with any queries. Visit regularly on behalf of my dad for specific items and if they are running low on stock they will order them quickly and the items become available within a day or two.

Was feeling a bit under the weather so came in the ask some advice. I was seen with not much of a wait as they were quite busy . But when it was my turn. The lady who served me was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Nice experience In these busy times . Thank you

I went in to Harworth with my Script. I was stood waiting for a member of Staff until they realised i was their. They took my Script. I explained i had a specific brand of medication and i they held stock for when i required it. A member of staff came back out and asked again which brand. They went back again and i was waiting over 15 minutes. I asked a member of staff how long it was going to take and she said she was dealing with a customer but she wasnt she was just listening in on a conversation with another member of staff. I asked again how long it would take. She said the same. She was quite rude. I felt completely ignored and i couldnt wait any longer. I now have to go back tomorrow to collect my medication and it is 5 miles away. They have a number of staff at Weldicks Harworth so i cannot understand why they keep customers waiting for so long. I am going to find another Chemist to dispense my medication. Not impressed with Weldricks. Harworth.
