Waited 30 minutes for a prescription because pharmacists gave 2 private consultations after I'd arrived meaning I had to wait till they had finished. A ticket system would be beneficial.

After many years of continuous poor service, medication mix ups, and items not in stock; now using Pharmacy2U. Far better service and medications arrived in 2 days after being processed by GP surgery. How long will Weldricks remain before being taken over?

Repeat prescriptions order on Thursday 19th. Phoned on Tuesday morning 24th to ask if they could be ready for collection on Thursday 26th. Went to collect on Thursday 26th, some medication out of stock and need to go back on Friday. This is not an isolated incident, it happens every month. I have to come out of work to collect these prescription for elderly/almost housebound relatives. Why aren't the prescriptions made up on the day that I phone? If anything is out of stock there is then time for them to be ordered and made up ready for collections. Very poor customer service.

Always order prescription friday gp sends to chemist same day, go next thursday and flip a coin as to whether it is ready, 8 out of 10 times, come back next day, now changed to saturday at this rate will be 10 days or more later, they say if I run out of tablets then I need to order earlier? How many weeks earlier? Totally out of control, no customer care or even attempts to improve just gets longer and longer delays

Service requires each prescription to be phoned through to order. Ordered Friday. Went to collect Monday, not ready but they will make it up. Went Tuesday, not ready but they will make it up. Went Wednesday, not ready but they will make it up. Went Thursday, still not ready! Mum has now run out of medications. Such a poor service, very frustrated and disappointed.
