I have used this pharmacy for many years and in the last year it has got worse. My prescriptions are never ready and when I went to collect for someone else after waiting 30 minutes to be served it needed to be ordered. My husband waited for it 45 minutes the next day and I have just waited another 30 minutes to be told they don't have it! I have just had to drive to another pharmacy who are super efficient with no queues and had it ready in 10 minutes. While I was in Well it was disorganised, orders all over the floor and om the desk with 3 people not really working together as a team. New lady just chatted while she could have served queue behind me. This pharmacy needs a shake up. I am now going elsewhere and so are my children. I waste too much time at this one to then be let down. Wouldn't recommend.

Sorry to say this time last year the pharmacy was efficient, staffed and professional. My experience over the last 6 months has seen an ever increasing time for when basic prescriptions are ready to collect upto 2 weeks before getting messages for collections. Not always a pharmacist to sign off prescriptions when not done if it is in stock. Certain staff serving with earbuds in and asking for your name multiple times because they couldn’t hear. Was in last week and approx 5 people had none or some of their prescriptions not ready or had to be put on order. If you’ve come to collect a prescription should it not have been ordered anyway? My visiting shouldn’t prompt the need to order. I found the pharmacy untidy, shelves looked bare. Floor not vacuumed. Really poor. It is evident that some of the longer term staff appear overworked as there seems less of them and little time to put stock away or tidy by looks. I’m sure trying best but their managers need to step up. Moving pharmacy after 4 years.
