Pharmacy cancelled flu jab appointment the night before due at 22.20. Rebooked for week tater via NHS app. Arrived for confirmed appointment to be told not doing flu jabs as no stock. Needless to say, wil not be using Well for any goods or services in future.

The telephone appears to be either left of the hook or is picked up and put down without anyone speaking to you. This means that you cannot telephone to request your repeat prescription and have to visit the branch to order it. The chemist will not accept a written request unless you have queued to hand it in. I queued for 45minutes just to physically hand in a written request. On returning on another day to collect the medication there was a note on the shop door to say they would be opening 25minutes later than usual. I opted to queue outside and waited for at least 45minutes before the pharmacy opened after lunch. The chemists and their team do not appear to treat their patients with any respect, empathy or compassion and moan that they are snowed under. Their new computer system seems to be adding to the stress of staff and patients alike. If you have mobility problems, are seriously ill or have issues standing I should think that the queue length and poor service would be very distressing. I will not be using this pharmacy again.
