I am totally appalled by the lack of customer service by the very surly woman behind the counter. I was ignored for a good 5 minutes whilst she stood doing something with a perfume display even though she knew I was waiting. When she finally came to the counter, she couldn't have been more rude if she'd tried. Disgusting service. I note that there are plenty of poor reviews about this one particular staff member going back some time so clearly Well pharmacy are not listening to customer feedback. If I were managing the woman, she'd have been dealt with a long time ago and probably sacked by now! Needless to say, I will not be using this pharmacy again!

Very rude woman behind the counter, who had absolutely no customer skills whatsoever. Very snappy attitude and rude to everyone. Huge queue going out the door. Told that there was a 25 minute waiting time, after which I was told that they didn't have my item in stock! Doubt if I will ever go back as customer service was non existent. Went to another pharmacy who couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant.
