    This has been my chemist forever. Now I’m housebound & on deliveries. They never answer the phone & no other way to contact them. My last prescription was over 2 weeks late - then they make me feel like I’m the pest when they do eventually answer. They don’t inform you if a medication is unavailable, just have you hanging around for weeks waiting on a non delivery. The previous pharmacist was lovely. Now even the delivery guy is being awkward - making me struggle down stairs when the door was open for him - he knows I live alone & I was talking to him from the upstairs window - insisted he had to place it in my hands! Since when? I’ve had neighbours prescriptions put through my letter box from the same pharmacy before now. Used to be brilliant & one member of staff (M) who has been there for years still is helpful if you’re lucky enough to have her answer the phone.

    Rude staff …. The place is chaotic… my husband cannot get all his medication for cancer …. He has been back 3 times for medicine owing ..only to be told there is a shortage throughout Wirral … He has phoned his macmillan nurse who has assured him there isn’t a shortage … the attitude from the staff in this chemist is appalling …. Something needs to be done now to rectify this … I have reviewed this chemist before to be told that it will be sorted but alas it’s still the same .

    Everything is totally chaotic… the medication is never ready on time , they seem to misplace medication. There are numerous bags of medication on the floor behind the counter . This has been going on Since the regular pharmacist left . I have had many discussions with customers who were also waiting who are highly dissatisfied . The whole experience when collecting repeat medication is very stressful. I hope this improves soon .
