Kept hanging up on me and when I went to collect an emergency prescription on a Sunday evening at 8pm they were closed, when they are supposedly open until 9pm! And no sign or anything, just lights off lol Atrocious

Awful service: Can wait ages before anyone comes out from the back to serve (even though the door rings upon entering). Repeat prescriptions saying they are ready when they are not. Signposting for flu jab in 2021 but pharmacy claimed it could not provide the service. Flu jab booked in 2022 with confirmation of booking, arrived but told no-one available today. Also, rude enough to state they haven't got time to let customers know even though they wasted ours. This is our local pharmacy but my Wife & I have been disappointed so many times we are changing to one considerably further away. We just cannot continue to waste so much of our time and receive such a poor service. I would suggest anyone using this pharmacy takes note along with the other reviews and avoids this place wherever possible.
