Called in person and on phone to obtain meds. The script was made out on 21 March. Was told was getting done ..was not. Desparate I called down on Thursday 28 have never seen such a queue in my life. Everyone was complaining cannot get regular meds. I also had to go upstairs once more to gp as that urgent script no ready despite numerous visits. In the end I gave up and went home my anxiety through the roof. Today Tuesday 2 April the old script delivered. I went down because the urgent one not delivered. Then I actually waited for over 20 mins. Again huge queues and people upset . Previous owners were fine. Am changing to new chemist.

Waited days for particular medication being fobbed off with excuses and promise of delivery. I was even given double amount of another med I take. All in all this chemist seems so unorganised inspite of a large body of staff.

been given tablets i have not taken since last may and have not put in for have not had medication on time have to had to wait ages everytime for it to be made up and had to ask docter to get them in trays at first cos they said they cant with out docters say so and that only a week at a time prescription witch asked for monthly and can get them monthly and doctor asked them to then in the end after week or two they have but then missed a tray from a months worth i had 1 day tablets left they was put in for days before the new and they said they will be one moment and and i said i only have one day worth they said well we have them ready for you tomorrow witch was the last for my other last lot tablets but when i first moved to this place from my old one everything was ready a week before i needed a new lot and in trays and didn’t have ask doctor for them to do it and they was and just as busy as the one im at know and still done that good job but this one not good compear to that one and had not as much staff witch this one has more so it should be just as good but it is not and the first time i got my medication i asked for trays cos i forget easy if it the boxes in trays i don’t the give the medication at the time to me in boxes refused to give them in trays
