    I visited Well Pharmacy on Laird Road, Birkenhead again today, to be told they had not got my prescription so I had to go back to my doctor’s surgery to obtain proof they had sent it over a week before. This is the second time this has happened. The store is always late in opening, so the queue is long and the waiting times are very long. There is one server who always argues with the customers and is vindictive and deliberately slow. I will not be using this pharmacy again it has been a dreadful experience and detrimental to my health.

    Recently waiting weeks for medication to be in stock. No updates. Wasted time driving there and ringing up to check. Left without medication and no iou slip to collect. Latest medication ordered week and half prior to collection as I know longer is needed from recent experiences with them. Tried to collect two weeks ago. One medication missing and iou slip given this time. Said will be in tomorrow. Due to work was the following week I called in again and told item still not in. Told again will be in the next day. Due to work and working 12.5 hour shifts I can’t make it there in opening times some days. So now nearly a month later and about to be my third visit to collect missing medication. Let’s hope it’s in this time. Disgusting communication. Leaving people without medication. Multiple visits to still be without. This is not a rare medication that is missing. This has to improve patients can not be left like this. I will be looking into changing where my repeat prescriptions go.

  3. Review titled Staff are lovely but medication never ready

    Ordered my repeat medication 2.5 weeks before I needed them and they weren't ready again. I even put a note on the request to say when I needed them but I shouldn't have bothered. I never had this problem with my last pharmacy and I'm sorry I changed but this one is nearer home. I hope it gets better as time goes on. Cannot fault the staff as they are doing the best they can.

    Customer service isn’t good at all. Absolute chaos, very long queue just to hand a prescription in. Looks like staff need more training in how to do their job and do it well. First time I’ve used this pharmacy and it will most definitely be my last! Avoid at all cost
