    Medicine Carbamazepine is in critical shortage nationwide with all big high street chemists and my prescription with the major brand leader was unfulfilled for 3 weeks, with my bottle within 2 days of being empty, but after phoning 27 chemists between Middlesbrough and Darlington without success, I was advised to try Well Pharmacy, High Street, Stockton. I am so glad I did. A quick phone call to a very helpfull manager secured what must be the last bottle in the whole of Teesside. Within the hour I had recovered the prescription from brand leader and found Well Pharmacy and cashed in successfully. Not only that but the chemist tried all of his numerous suppliers in an effort to obtain more, ( which unlike brand leaders who are tied to single suppliers, he can do.) he also advised of availability of different size bottles and also tablets if needed as a stopgap if supplies continue as a problem. I cant recommend them enough. Thanks.

    Came to this pharmacy for pharmacy first, such an easy process and death with quickly . No issues in and out . My own registered pharmacy couldn't help so thanks to this pharmacy been open on a Sunday they saved the day. Thank you

    I’ve been using this pharmacy for more than 5 years to collect 4-9 repeat prescriptions each year plus some occasional other medications. I use it as it’s close to where I work and therefore convent for me to collect my meds. In my experience the staff are mostly indifferently to me. Not rude but they generally give the impression that I am an inconvenience to them. To be clear: I have never been rude, demanding or unfriendly. Over the last few months I have noticed that I am having to wait for my prescriptions to be made up when I call in to collect. Sometimes I’ve waited 30mins. These are for prescriptions sent directly from my Drs surgery. I assumed it was because I was collecting them only 3 or 4 days after they were issued and perhaps the pharmacy hadn’t had time to make them up. Yesterday I collected a prescription that had been with the pharmacy for nearly 2 weeks and I still had to wait (the pharmacy was practically empty). I asked (politely, friendly) if there had been a change in the way prescriptions were being filled. I was told the change was made about a year ago not to make up prescriptions because there was’t enough space or staff to do so (I regularly count more than 5 members of staff during my long waits, sometimes 7). When I asked if anyone had consider the business case for this and the impact on customers I was told “you can complain if you want but nothing will change.” So, Knights Pharmacy 365 this is, sadly and regrettably, the end for you and I. I’m now exploring which online pharmacy I’ll use to fulfil my prescriptions and have it posted directly to me, which is a shame when there’s an encouragement to use local businesses. Your website says this: “Our Pharmacies all share the same vision – to provide an exceptional service for you and your family.” Other than my medications mostly being in stock, this is not my experience and nothing seems to have changed from the review above made by someone in May 2023 which you replied to just a couple of months ago in Nov 2023 - 5 months later. The irony of the delay in responding is not lost on me. 
Whilst I doubt you’re interested in any further information from me given my experience of feeling like an inconvenience, I last visited on Thursday 25th Jan 2024 at 18:31. I’m sure you can find me.

    I use this pharmacy regularly. The majority of staff are very helpful and friendly. However, the main pharmacist gentleman is very rude and seems completely disinterested in his job! He really lets his team down. Perhaps retraining in interpersonal skills would be useful?
