They never answer the phone. They are very slow to prepare the medication. They never text me whether the medication is read for collection. Very poor service!

Avoid at all cost. This pharmacy is not delivering the service that it should for customers and hasn't done for some time. There is no patient confidentiality whatsoever. The names of your medications and where you live are shouted out to whoever is in the queue with you at the time. Prescriptions are never ready when you go to collect them and we are talking weeks not days and you are then told they don't have them in stock and you have to wait again. People in queues have been told to come back days later for medications such as inhalers or diabetic injections which should really be readily available. There is no professionalism amongst some of the staff which one would expect within this profession in fact how they got the job in the first place beggars belief. Chemists these days are portrayed as being an extension or alternative to a GP but this chemist certainly does not fit that criteria. Waiting for an hour in the pouring rain in a queue that moves extremely slowly and each person that comes out tells you the same thing they have got to come back yet again because their prescription hasn't been done. I for one will be using a different pharmacy in the future.
