Local branch received repeat prescription on 6 July. Tried to call branch to check on when meds would be available after 5 days - normally I would receive a message after a few days. Phone just rang - someone picked up and then put the phone straight down. Went to branch but queue really bad due to “staff shortage”. Gave up after 30 minutes as I had to get back to work. Phoned every day last week - with same result - and followed up in person but had to give up. Managed to speak to locum pharmacist after 11 days - meds will be available “ tomorrow”. Not really helpful when considering that the medication is for treatment of diabetes. No other option than to switch to my local high street chemist moving forward. Really poor show.

Ordered meds....finally received delivery 2 weeks later ..only 3 out of 9 meds....another 4 shipped several days later..I haven't got them yet ..and apparently the other 2 shipped 3 days later,,,haven't receive them either...phone to find out what was actually going on ,, ,person couldn't even pronounce the medication and had no idea of what was going on....I've been out of all meds for 1 week now......... Stay away from this group....as bad as pilltime

I’ve just picked up my prescription, but it turns out they prescribed me the wrong thing. I returned to Wells to get it refunded but it turns out because of their policy ‘because I opened the prescription outside the pharmacist shop’ I am not legible for a refund. Wasted basically £10 on a prescription that isn’t mine. I am appalled by this, being someone short on money with the cost of living situation, this doesn’t help at all. Terrible policy and systems in place for inaccurate prescriptions. I highly recommend you nominate another pharmacist for your prescriptions.

My order was placed on 9/6 and I have still not received anything 19/6. I have run out of both morphine and oramorph and am in severe pain. I ordered when I had 10 days left as advised on app and still not had anything delivered. The correspondence and service has been totally unacceptable. My GP will not reissue as there is a current prescription. This should be closed down people rely on medication to get through the days. D O N 'T T O U C H

Since well has taken over atmosphere has changed looking like a place I wouldn't want to work I was in there about a week ago the male pharmacist spoke to one of the assistants in a manner that should not be tolerated when she came to serve me her eye's were watering that is not good management

Just recently our pharmacy was taken over by well pharmacy the atmosphere has changed from a warm and friendly to a cold frosty one it seems the staff are afraid of the management, I was in there one day when the pharmacist had a go at one of the staff for going to answer the phone I wouldn't let anyone speak to me the way he spoke to her

When a company does nothing to answer phoned or emails then they do not deserve customers. It has taken 4 days to get in touch with your head office and I am still waiting a response. Might I point out to your senior management that sending out the same response to each customer and hoping that the same problems stop happening is not the answer. Senior Management commitment and employee engagement are desperately needed, both of which are sadly lacking at Well Pharmacy starting with the ceo, If he isn’t bothered, the it is no surprise that everyone else can’t!

There's one member of staff that since I've been using this pharmacy in August 2022, she says she's ordered your items yet they never ever turn up. She always says the items aren't ready for collection even if you ve received a message. She always asks you to come back the next day and usually she's isn't working. Her attitude is awful since 12th April she's promised me 3 times that my daughters medication is on order and its not turned up nor has other items that she claims she ordered the day before. I don't think she orders them because if I manage to get other members of staff to order the items then they 99% of times turn up the next day. I've had to ask them to print off my daughters prescription so I can go elsewhere and she didn't even do that correct and proceeded to just cross out and write over what she had done wrong then said oh another pharmacy might not accept that.

Unfortunately their response to inquiries and chat messages is atrocious, this leaves them wasting medication that's not needed and despite trying repeatedly to have this conversation I've accepted I'm banging my head against a brick wall, but it is disgraceful the way stage that those within the Health Service seem to find acceptable whilst endlessly bleeding on about how under resourced they are.
