   I have been trying all day to get through on the phone to enquire whether my prescription, which was ordered via the NHS ordering online service on 5th May, is ready for collection as I have today run out of statins and BP tablets. Is this due to lack of staff as this seems to happen every month when needing a repeat prescription.
